Hi, I’m Ally.
Originally from Canada, now officially a London girl.
I’ve always loved painting and drawing. These days, I’m mostly focused on one thing, flowers.
In short, please buy the art. It helps fund my travels and my skiing addiction. ;)
I like messy lines and colours bleeding into each other. Taking something “perfect” and letting it become organic and a bit chaotic is what makes it interesting. Not everything needs to be perfect.
I use acrylic paint as the base, then build on it with wax pastels to add lines, texture, and movement Essentially, it’s like a child got hold of some crayons.

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through this website from Ally Gaunt, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: [allycgaunt@gmail.com]. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Artwork Description
All artworks are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Colours, textures, and appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and display differences. Dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
Ownership and Copyright
Purchase of artwork transfers ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with Ally Gaunt. The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. Ally Gaunt is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond reasonable control. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, sales are generally final. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, buyers purchasing online may have a 14-day cooling-off period for non-custom items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If artwork arrives damaged, you must notify Ally Gaunt within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement, repair, or refund will be offered where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Ally Gaunt shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase, use, or display of artwork. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

COMMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Custom Artwork)
Commission Agreement
By commissioning artwork from Ally Gaunt, you agree to the terms outlined below. Commissioned artwork is created specifically for you and is considered a bespoke service.
Consultation and Approval
Details of the commission, including subject, size, medium, colours, timeline, and price, will be agreed before work begins. Reference images must be supplied by the client where required.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required to secure the commission and begin work. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the final artwork. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Changes and Revisions
Minor adjustments may be allowed during agreed review stages. Significant changes to the brief after work has begun may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
Cancellation
If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded as it covers time and materials. If Ally Gaunt cancels the commission, any payments made will be refunded.
Completion Time
Estimated completion times will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to workload, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery
Shipping costs, insurance, and delivery method will be agreed in advance. Risk passes to the client upon delivery. International clients are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Returns and Refunds
As commissioned artwork is bespoke and personalised, it is non-returnable and non-refundable once completed, unless faulty or not as agreed.
Copyright and Usage Rights
Copyright remains with Ally Gaunt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ally Gaunt retains the right to display the artwork in portfolios, on social media, and for promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in advance. The client may not reproduce or commercially use the artwork without permission.
Client Responsibilities
The client confirms they have permission to use any reference images provided and that the commission will not infringe third-party rights.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
